WHAT HAPPENED SO FAR IN '08?

When overseas between Jan-March to The PHILIPPINES / HONG KONG / VIETNAM / BORACAY..... WYD08 in JULY.... Weddings, Anniversaries & Bdays...

Happy times in the MAKATI Night Life... SML anyone.....

Sight-seeing in HONG KONG - Victoria Peak..... (battling the freezing cold)...

Seeing the beautiful lights around Hong Kong on a cruise after a buffet dinner at a revolving restaurant...

Checking out SOHO ... the nightlife....

The awesome tours around Veitnam - Culture, Food & People... Day out on the Mekong Delta River.... followed by a mouth watering lunch prepared by the locals.... (Elephant ear fish wrap in paper rolls & veggies... iiim... emmm)

Boracay was a treat for JR - an island in the Philippines which he has never been to visit. Weather was wet... exposed to a days worth of sun. Days indoors relaxing / foot spas / massage / room service / luxury....

3yrs with JR - Pampered ourselves at The SHANG-RI-LAH.....

Egger fans at THE FORUM to see BONDE DO ROLE.... a great spontaneous alcoholic performance......

Sydney was the host for World Youth Day 2008 - my Parish and ACT: 2 were greatly involved... Prepping for it required teamwork, support from the Parishioners, Fr Henry, and endless meetings, bonding & faith growth.

There were 130+ Pilgrims that registered under the Good Shepperd Capuchin Friars by the end of June.... Meetings and bonding nights were great...

We all were prepped for the big week/days ahead.....

WYD08 was an awesome experience. Sydney hosting it was a blessing for Catholic locals. Young Catholics exist and they have traveled from all over the world to celebrate our faith and be together as one. We are not afraid..... We are Catholics.

My high school friend Cristina had tied the knot with Rhys in late July... CONGRATS GUYS..

JR & I happy for the newly weds....

AUGUST - My 26th Birthday at CRYSTAL BAR themed CHICAGO ..... amazing costumes rock by JR, my friends & fam...

JR treated me to FAIRMONT Resort up in the mountains... Very English.... We saw snow the next day in Katoomba.... Un-ber-eeb-a-ble...
