Breaking In A New Car!

A new car = a long drive! Tim scored new wheels and we decided to go camping at Seal Rocks! A massive long drive that was filled with junk food, talks, games and getting wrong directions. Happy days!

We were proud once the 4-5 man tent was up! YAY! And the first thing we did was eat! Starvatious! It was late when we got in so it was getting dark already! We just chilled out drinking beers and chatting t Jr's new found Avon-lady-friend.

It was a good get-away... but the rain during the pack up wasn't fun!

Guess Who's In Town?

So I got an invite to Melora's Hens! Yes Mel ('Eye-rolling-in-sleep') is getting hitched!!! It was a hello and goodbye! She was settling to head to 'Norwegia' to live with her future hubby.

Happy times! We reminisced and laughed at the times of us growing up and during our travels.

Congrats Mel! All the best!!!

So after getting back from overseas, it seems like everyone we know is either - getting proposed to, married, giving birth, having Christenings and getting property... Welcome to the club!!

SYD Summer of 2010

During the heat of December 2010 - Jr and I were always at Coogee Beach!! Even after work! A 10 minute drive from ours! How great is that!? We would rather be at the beach than the heat-filled apartment.

After a swim, we had a tradition of heading to The Palace for wedges and cider! Yummo!

Got a surprise in the mail! A postcard from Jainnie and Denise!! Angel Crew were in San Seb! Boo!.. While the rest of us were back at home in SYD. Thanks ladies for thinking of us during your travels!!!

The Brunch Trend

Soon moving out of your parents place, you realise how much planning is needed for cooking.. If there's no food at home, it's time to eat out! Brunch??? Our plan is to go to new places for brunch - an on-going coffee (latte) crawl.

He's a few places we hit up in Paddington's Five Ways - Sonoma for Brunch.

Another Year Has Flown! 2011

G'day g'day!!

Back from London.. Sad to say that I have been back a year now from my last Overseas entry!

So much has happened! From attending Weddings, Birthdays, Baby Showers, Christenings...to a new job in Sydney was a new chapter to City Life. Say hello to the ladies of the Wellcom Ultimo Hub!

Moving out with Jr in the east was an additional bonus! Homeware shopping was the new 'fashion' shopping! Books and online research was required and was a source of endless inspiration. Moving in was all exciting a tiring at the same time. All the goodies we had accumulated while traveling had paid off and helped decorate out new place! Thanks Dellis Furniture for supplying us with your goods!

Catching up with family and mates was and still is an on-going thing. BBQs, TGIF drinks after work or just chilling out together. There was heaps to catch up on!

Gifts for the new place! Thank you for all the goodies we received from your family and mates! It helped us heaps!

Even though we are back in Sydney, I manage to relive the 'London-life' with the girls that have also been back. Hello Ex-London-Crew!!! Catching up every now and again is great for a girls night out!
